This is really fascinating. When I did Quilling in the 90's there was no other tools except for the "main" tool. I even had to cut my paper with scissors. The craft has come a long way.

Hello , Hello ! Just tuned in on the show ! Ive been for awhile now wanting to learn this technique with the quiling . But noticed that you have a little machine . I would like to have something like that to help making all the strips .This is great ! Now myself ive been working with different colored printer paper which i have on hand , my paper is somewhat thin but not to thin Ive gotten involved wth Origami designs following other techniques ive seen . You can buy it online. Paper cutter or a manual paper shredder can be bought online. But I'm sorry I don't know where to buy a good deal nowadays. I bought mine years ago from a shop here in my hometown.
