Why go to a camp full of people with no plan and get distracted reminiscing about a crappy bracelet just to get caught. Why hide under the house. Why are they worshipping blood cannibals. Why during the first sacrifice did only one cannibal show up and why was it so slow. If there's multiple and faster ones where were they at. Watching this one now….as a Christian. I think they were taking certain passages and bringing their own twist to it. I was understanding what they were going for. I like the ambiguity and setting of the film, the original concept, and the short run time, but overall it’s not for me. It felt like a slam bang horror survival with some zombie like monsters. I just wish there was a bit more story and character and may have liked it less than you, Cody. It’s just one that’s not fully for me but I appreciate it

Just saw it last night and I went in without any expectations. Didn’t think it was scary but rather a strange movie. A lot of unnecessary gore in my opinion. Similar to the Descent in that sense but not nearly as good. I liked the ending and think overall it was a decent film.
@JoseMunoz-vs4trАй бұрын
It's an alright zombie film. Heavily disagree with this putting a "creative spin" on a rapture story. I kept waiting for something interesting to happen related to the premise of this being a post rapture world, that it ended up just kinda distracting me from the movie and leaving me feeling disappointed by the end. There are crazy, religious cults now, how does the rapture actually happening make them different? How has it affected this world? Did the random dude driving by care or was affected in any way? Did he not know that there were crazys in the forest? Why were Azrael and dude so nonchalant at the beginning when they were still not that far from the cult encampment? Why were the cultist so set on feeding Azrael to the damned instead of just killing her?

I see that the movie is fun to watch but if they failed with the no dialogue and not explaining more about the characters and what happened exactly....the movie will suffer for that. I will not stop of bringing this up again lol...watch Genndy Tartakovsky's Primal because the 1st episode it pretty much explains Spear and Fang's story were both have a tragic outcome (won't say much but shows how Spear does something that you can tell without any dialogue what he was planning to do) Seriously the series has no dialogue and it captured how these characters are thinking, how they feel and how they develop while they are together. If the movie doesn't do any of that then they should take notes from Primal because not only you care for these characters to survive but the other characters that they encounter where they have their own story to tell and you do feel sorry for them.
