Question Hector. Is it a bad use to increase the weight size. I'm doing 25lbs right now, increasing a good idea? Thanks.

+Dale & Sheri McConnery Hi! Great question😀 Your muscles are designed to handle the burden thrown at them. The more the burden the stronger your muscles need to be. Hence, your muscles will either increase in stamina or size. Both are good👍 Bottom line, it is a good idea to increase the weight. Actually, it's preferable so your muscles can get stronger. Not to mention, your core is designed to handle a lot, so you'll be fine. Keep it up!
