Thank you for this information, If you do get interested in flaking your oats your best choice would be the mockmill electric oat flaker, it can also mill other grains and some seeds, and it's alot faster than a hand flaker which is what I have.

This was interesting. We now have an Azure acct but not our first order yet. Probably January. BTW, I’m surprised you don’t order Oat Groats and use a Flacker for oatmeal. Both taste and nutrition very much improved. Merry Christmas from our home to yours, Rachel.

If only there were more hours in a day! 🤣 Maybe someday I'll venture into the world of oat groats. I hope you had a good Christmas!

Hi! So glad I found this video! I was looking to buy whole grain and I just made my first azure order, thanks to your video/information! How do you store the 50lbs of grains? Do you store it in food grade buckets with nitrogen?

Welcome to Azure! 😁 I store my grains in food grade buckets. I don't use an oxygen absorber or anything because we use it within a year. If you find my pantry tour, you'll see the buckets!
