Should the grains be soaked before using them in the bread machine? Also, does anything special need to be done when making bread machine bread with freshly milled wheat berries?

I don't soak them before putting them in the bread machine. Some people soak and sprout them to make them easier to digest. If you do soak them, you have to dry them out completely before putting them into the mill. I will have a video coming out soon about making freshy milled bread in my bread machine. No special treatment here, I just throw the ingredients in and hit go! My bread machine does have a whole wheat setting though.

The orange blossom honey is wonderful. I really like that one. I do use the gallon honey that is $33.00 a gallon

Tips on honey bees. When I had a jar of canned peaches or pears, and ate the fruit from the jar and what left in the jar is the liquid, also know as sugar water. I would put a dinner plate on top of the jar, and while holding the plate, turn it upside down. Now the plate is on the bottom and the jar with the water is upside down. I would tilt the jar from time to time to have the liquid fill the plate. The honey bees ate up the liquid. We had a calm bee colony so I could go out there with my bare hands and pour more unto the plate with out getting stung.

Hi Kristy, hope you and your family are doing well. I love Azure, never been disappointed. We used to have honey bees and it was clover honey, so delicious. I don’t keep bees anymore since my husband passed and I’m allergic to bee stings. I hope you and the family have a blessed weekend!

@@FromtheRootsUp my husband knew all about bees, but we had a neighbor that had about 35 stands and he sold honey that was a wealth of knowledge.

Hi there ☺️ Have you noticed the wheat berries are dirty of bugs? Some of the reviews on Azure were saying they were dirty and disappointing.
