A question which not a lot of people tend to ask here but I think should be made is WHAT ARE THE EMERGENCY EXIT MEASURES IN CASE OF FIRE BREAKING OUT IN THE BUILDING? I point this out as we still vividly recall that massive new year fire that broke out in Dubai's ADDRESS DOWNTOWN high rise block and was very dramatic though loss of life was mercifully very low

We don't need the Chinese. The Eco Atlantic project is completely Nigerian. Founded by Chougrey Group. The infrastructure is done by their subsidiaries and other Nigerian construction companies. The city will take decades to complete, it's the size of Manhatten. The land reclamation was completed relatively quickly, but as a private venture investors are key to the urbanisation process. And that all depends on the ebbs and flows of the global financial system. Korea's new city took nearly 3 decades to be fully operational. Building a city is a long-term project, people need to be patient.
