Some things Tayo does well and some things he does reminds you that he is not a real estate professional like for exaple when he doesn't know the terminologies to describe the things he is looking at which a professional would know.
@therealist28663 жыл бұрын
@@MajorrBison it’s good that Tayo is NOT a real estate professional, because you know that he not just a shrill marketing standard puffery but rather a real person genuinely excited by what he sees.

Now, this an African/Nigerian I’m proud of. First they name their building African name and they are proud of showing off the Nigerian materials used in the building. Not all those useless developers that name their estate useless names and are proud of being slaves by showing everything and calling it made in Europe. Thank you Azuri towers may everyone of you continue achieve growth and prosperity.

good work, I understand that I may never buy a house or leave in this expensive city, I will keep watching the good work on my phone, but I wish it developed faster so that it will decongest Lagos and make the city beautiful and Nigeria as a whole. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

A question which not a lot of people tend to ask here but I think should be made is WHAT ARE THE EMERGENCY EXIT MEASURES IN CASE OF FIRE BREAKING OUT IN THE BUILDING? I point this out as we still vividly recall that massive new year fire that broke out in Dubai's ADDRESS DOWNTOWN high rise block and was very dramatic though loss of life was mercifully very low

I like how he said most of the tiles are made in Nigeria, some people would have been like these tiles were imported from italy or spain like that would impress the buy, no one cares about the imported crap.

@naijalolade6884 жыл бұрын
@Willie Fungo Don't worry we will still use it. Even if we have shit deposits, let us package it and use it like that and make it look nice. That is the idea. The foreigners(The west) would never ever buy your finished product except look for an alternative in their land.. if they don't have alternative, they will drag a company making it outside to show up and be making it in their land. Remember, it's packaging that matters.

What have we been waiting for to construct good buildings? Lagos is not a planned city and many places are very dirty. Lagos needs more than a hundred Eko Atlantic cities to look like a modern city.

@@francisosage9629 I live in Ikoyi , if that means anything at all. A Bini man telling a Yoruba person brought up in Lagos about Lagos is preposterous. I am among the first people to post about Eko Atlantic City as well. That doesn't mean Lagos is a planned city. Actually, it is a dirty city that cannot compete in the world. Looks great, but they need to expedite construction. They should just send in the Chinese to help the local build this city up.
@Idcanymore5104 жыл бұрын
We don't need the Chinese. The Eco Atlantic project is completely Nigerian. Founded by Chougrey Group. The infrastructure is done by their subsidiaries and other Nigerian construction companies. The city will take decades to complete, it's the size of Manhatten. The land reclamation was completed relatively quickly, but as a private venture investors are key to the urbanisation process. And that all depends on the ebbs and flows of the global financial system. Korea's new city took nearly 3 decades to be fully operational. Building a city is a long-term project, people need to be patient.
