MY FIRST TIME EXPLORING SAN GABRIEL CANYON OHV. I'VE HEARD LOTS OF STORIES ABOUT THIS PLACE SO I WANTED TO CHECK IT OUT FOR MYSELF. WE DIDN'T SEE ANY MUD BUT WE STILL HAD A GOOD TIME AND MADE NEW FRIENDS.

Yes, it was pretty slow from what i was told. That always happens when football starts and that day the Dodgers were playing too.

What do they ask for at the entrance gate ?

At the gate they ask for the RQ code that you get online when you purchase the pass to get in the OHV and they scan it. Its a $10 to get in. I forgot the website but if you google it, it's the first website.

Very good place for a beginner to get some offroading experience. It was fun but nothing there to really challenge my 4runner.

I go maybe once a month. Azusa is cool but its mostly for people who like mud..
