Awesome video, just a few tips and some tricks too 1. Focus beep is not "useless" sometimes your camera especially low light settings will lock OUT of focus when you think it's in focus. The beep is assurance it's ready to shoot. Hunting is a problem and sometimes your subject ends up in front or behind the focal plain. 2. RAW is best especially for those who plan to go pro and want to retain detail. the flat files are excellent if you are shooting and plan on not editing in today's day in age. Not saying "raw or nothing" I'm saying you have more control, Use RAW+JPG or straight RAW if you are all about detail. 3. Go to the gear menu, option 1, turn off focus assist. THAT is useless. 4. Go to option 2 in the gear menu, turn on focus peeking or"Peeking level". Set it on high. Now when you focus, you'll see dots on your subjects so you can assure how much is in focus especially for us manual shooters. Those long time shooters from back in my day would know how without it(left - right - middle(snap)) but we are in a new age with a newer camera. peek it until you see most dots, that's dead on focus. Use focus lock ;-) ;-) 5. Gear menu, option 3, shut off "AF w/ shutter", Turn off Pre-AF 6. Gear - 4 - Turn ON AEL w/ Shutter. 7. Gear - 6 - "Custom Key Settings ... Turn ON AEL Button ---> AF ON (Now you have a back button focus and your Half press shutter is your AEL. You'll have much much better control over your shooting technique so the half press constant refocus no longer exists especially if your camera jumps exposures using spot. Your half press locks the exposure while your back button is your focus. Use the custom buttons to set eye focus.. NOW you will be shooting some ish left and right persistently especially faster moving subjects.

For low light, try to get the lens with the biggest aperture. So f1.8 or ideally, f1.4. That way you can let in more light for the sensor and lower your ISO.

Any way to eliminate the shutter sound of a6000....or should I try destroying the speaker
@azvisuals4 жыл бұрын
The shutter sound is from the mechanical shutter opening and closing. It is not a digital sound emmited from a speaker. At most you can turn off AF beep and maybe try to shoot with a cloth covering the camera to soften the noise but that's not very practical. More expensive cameras like the Sony A7iii have silent shutter options but also comes with it's own downsides.
@proteins3274 жыл бұрын
@@azvisuals what? Mirror less cameras don't have a shutter. What we hear is a digitally produced sound.

May the Lord keep sustaining you in His love Alex! “The message is very close at hand; it is on your lips and in your heart.” And that message is the very message about faith that we preach: 9 If you openly declare that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. 10 For it is by believing in your heart that you are made right with God, and it is by openly declaring your faith that you are saved. 11 As the Scriptures tell us, “Anyone who trusts in him will never be disgraced.” 12 Jew and Gentile are the same in this respect. They have the same Lord, who gives generously to all who call on him. 13 For “Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.” Romans 10:8-13 (NLT)
