Hey Fit2Box love your content, I had a question over groin guards. Would you recommend a groin guard with a hook and loop closure in the back or a groin guard that is laced up? I’m stuck between both and I want to know what you think is the best when it comes to comfortability and also how long it lasts/ how easy it is to put on. Thanks for the videos your the best!

I use the Phenom AP-10 Air Pads and they are outstanding. I’ve had heavyweights throw their hardest punches while I coached them on proper foot and torso rotation. Despite this, I don't feel a thing. I hold the mitts for 4 to 5 hours at a time and they are incredibly breathable and impact-resistant. These are the best mitts I’ve ever used. And everyone who I train reap the benefits of me using them

Has anyone else had issues with this company? Ordered some mitts about 5 weeks ago Customer service was very responsive in order to make the sale As soon as they had my money, they wont respond to messages whatsoever Haven't received any order updates or tracking information. Feels like I am getting scammed
