Is the B-1 bomber powered by the same engines the F-15 uses? The thrust nozzles look identical!

No. The B-1 uses the GE F101, while legacy F-15s have the PW F100. The GE engine is almost twice as big as the PW engine. The nozzles do look alike, but that's just the engineers using similar design philosophies.
