This song paints a vivid image in my mind of a young girl and her mom at a parent teacher conference late at night. They're both in these chairs next to each other listening to the teacher on the other side, and the young girl seems sad. By their clothing, you can tell they're not in the best condition financially, and their faces tell you they don't get along. The mother is angry and loud, arguing with the teacher, while the girl is shy, nervous, and quiet. She's cold, despite wearing her jacket, scarf, and hat. The whole room is cold because it's snowing outside, but the atmosphere looks like a faded orange, like it's a distant memory.

Jaxel Scythe Well the first hint is the title "little miss" which is something parents often call their doughter. And Secondly the lyrics make it seem like the situation the "little miss" is in is much harder to get out of than a relationship with an abusive partner. Any sane person would just ditch the abusive partner and get him arrested, it's honestly not really worth writing a song about. But if the abusive partner is a parent who raises and feeds you that makes things more complicated, as kids often aren't independent enough to solve the situation on their own and they still feel a twisted kind if love towards their parents.

But the song also hints of a somewhat of a romantic feel between two people since one of the lyrics says "You're gonna make love like you never have" which sounds like something else. But then again you could be right. It's one of my top favorite songs of all time so I wanted to know the meaning and to know if there is an instrumental version

@@dorianvonbeck Well... not really. This song isn't on Race... only on Twilight. Twilight has a few songs that aren't on Race. This was originally on the Tall Snake EP, and then was put on Twilight for the US/EU release. I'm fairly certain Race came out first, and in Japan only.
