I'm wondering if new generation fans ever heard of BAP and the legacies they left us. Back then, BAP was a force to be reckoned. Unique, strong and solid. A group full of talented people from rap to dance and sing. They had everything. I wish I can see all six of them perform together again. I'm missing OT6 so much. P/S - For me, Badman is one of their legendary songs and stays as one of my all time favourite kpop songs even till now. In fact, their whole discography is pure gold. I will never stop listening to them.
@fermatthekat4 жыл бұрын
Badman was an amazing era! BAP's rarely ever mentioned in the industry these days (bc they are associated with the lawsuit, that can be problematic?). But it just pains me that their impact on the kpop scene is forgotten and since newer gen fans seems to be only focused on their faves, they will prob never check them out 😭😭😭
@qila-tion4 жыл бұрын
@@fermatthekat It is such a shame really. BAP had so much potential, both as a group and as individuals. Their fanbase back then was massive. If they are still promoting now, I'm sure they will blew up endlessly. They are a whole gem. But sadly, their company really messed it all up.

My heart is bruised but still beating, my body worn but still moving, my spirit strained but not broken, my faith tested but unwavering, this is what B.A.P and Babyz are and NO ONE is going to destroy that! To Babyz, which are my extended family, do not let people make you have any doubts about B.A.P. There are people who love to break you down when things are at their darkest. I have complete Faith and Trust in Bang Yongguk, Kim Himchan, Jung Daehyun, Yoo Youngjae, Moon Jongup, and Choi Junhong without a doubt. These brave young talented gifted men with hearts of gold gave to the less fortunate even when they did not have for themselves. I don't think these people understand what they truly are about and to call them greedy, selfish and ungrateful makes you not only ignorant but sad and lost as well. You will never know how hard it must be for them right now. This wasn't decided lightly or rashly. Babyz and everyone that stand behind B.A.P, spread love, support, positivity and awareness. If you can donate or just do something nice for someone in need is wonderful because that is what B.A.P especially our fearless leader Bang did all the time. Bang came real close to winning the Shorty award for Charity. I am beyond Proud and always will be even after my last breath to be a Baby. =,) This not just about money folks it is about basic human rights and shame on you if you aren't standing up for their cause. Knowing they are doing this together gives me such an immense source of strength. Bang I always said you have a Light so Bright so Hot it can Light the dark universe, and oppa, thanks for proving me right once again! =,) Remember, B.A.P is just a name given but the six young men behind it is what gives it a soul, and is what truly counts so even if things change they are still together as a family and they are truly one. When fame and fortune fade what is left is your real family and friends. I Love Bang, Himchan, Daehyun, Youngjae, Jongup and Zelo with my entire heart! Saranghe oppas!

When I listened this song for the first time I was like "what kind of a song is this? 'Ya' in a song? Mehh". My brain was too young to understand what was going on. Then some time later, I find myself coming here like everyday. The song is important. Thank you so much B.A.P. I've learned a lot from you and your songs.

2013 was a long and amazing year for B.A.P They had their first solo concert in Seoul after only 1 year of debut (they are first idol group to do that), they released 5 Korean music videos also they were in the top 10 of iTune's hip-hop charts, and have taken a #1 spot on the Billboard World Album charts. On their 'live on earth' tour they visited 4 American cities and 4 Asian countries. and then they debuted in Japan, released 2 MVs then having an arena tour (again they are first group to debut and have a tour at the same time) they went to 3 Japanese cities for 6 concerts, performing for 40,000 fans. So far for this year they won 13 awards, and lets not forget Zelo changed his hair color 1235 times ^^ Sorry for the long comment it would've been longer if I wrote everything they did so far. and we really have to thank TS for promoting the group so well. So THANK YOU TS

Really? Are you guys deaf or blind?! This is pure music GREAT Music in fact. BAP isn't just an Idol they're are ARTISTS. What really matters is the message of the song they're singing. And it's really something. When I first heard I was absolutely amazed by how talented BAP is and BYG cause honestly he knows definite great music. I just loved everything about this song how they can portray what they want to say to society in a song and especially through the music! This is what I want to hear from 'Idols' and many other artists! This is REAL music! And BAP definitely knows what it is.

B.A.P. gets all respect for this song. I know some people don't like it because it's not "catchy," but the message behind this song is amazing. Also the style is dope and the fact that they actually filmed this in Detroit blows my mind.

Now I just realized that this song might take inspiration from Batman when people keep thinking it's just misleading lyrics. Because in Korea they can't mention brand names so I think they changed it to Badman. The dance where they spread their arms remind me of Bruce Wayne's signature move when dropping down from a rooftop. The lyrics say they will imprison all crime in the darkness also seem like pointing towards the Dark Knight and his mission. Otherwise I can't think of another reasonable explanation for this title since they can write it seperately.

I feel like this is one of those songs that you have to breakdown to understand. Honestly, i think viewers (first time) who are genuinely curious about the meaning behind this song should read an article about it. That helped me a tonnnn. I think this video is supposed to symbolize the police brutality and riots happening in the world, but thats just obvious. Either side in this video seems to lose in the end, meaning violence doesn't solve everything?? i dunno Andddd, from the stereotypes in this video i think they're showing it in the way the media sees people of certain races. I hate that the media sees them like that, but it's true. The "rioters" (i think that's most likely what they're doing) aren't supposed to be seen as "badmen" because it shows them having flashbacks and stuff, saying that they're normal people. But thats all what I've collected from said articles.

Came back here again to hear a diamond quality music. B.A.P rise the standard. It is just not amazing music but also cinematic movie. Although may be some people get confuse about the story. That's why B.A.P need to explain short story in their MV. #JusticeForGeorgeFloyd #JusticeForIndonesia. There is also police brutality in here and cause innocence people die.

June 2022 and I'm still watching this, BAP was SO big back then, even EXO and BTS were a lil lower than them, 2013-2014 was their golden era, they even got many Europe and World tours though KZbin and Internet weren't this viral like today, you guys couldn't imagine how famous they were if you weren't from that time, until TS ENT fucked up and their career messed up because of their own company... I miss them so much, now that TS has closed, I hope they can get their name back. They still keep their contact and hangout sometimes. I don't know what they think about Himchan's case and if they still talk to him but at least I wanna see them on stage together again, even as 5 members.
