B.A.P is back! Over the long break, the members worked on building a stronger teamwork. Now the group returns with a style that is better than ever. Although B.A.P released a 4th single album "Where Are You?" in June last year, the group did not promote it as actively, which means this comeback has been anticipated for a year and nine months, following their first album "First Sensibility" released in February 2014. B.A.P's 4th mini-album "MATRIX" carries an overall theme of "Youth", with the title song "Young, Wild & Free" to represent how the members feel as of now.

今回のカムバックは、昨年6月4thシングルアルバム『どこ？何してる？』の発表後、特別な活動がなかったため、事実上2014年2月の1stフルアルバム『First Sensibility』以来、約1年9ヶ月ぶりである。
BAPの4thミニアルバム『MATRIX』は、‘青春’という大きなモチーフのもと、タイトル曲「Young、Wild＆Free」は、BAPのメンバーたちが感じる今この瞬間を率直に歌詞で表現した。
B.A.P가 돌아왔다. 긴 공백기를 거친 만큼, 멤버 전원이 똘똘 뭉쳐 더욱 단단하고 멋진 모습으로 다시금 우리 곁을 찾았다.

Babyz starting from 2012 until forever. There is no single idol group that I called myself as their fan except BAP. I watched the day when they were awarded as Best rookie in 2012 and followed their musics. Watched how zelo growing so much taller than debut (which he already tall that time) Jongguk for singing few lines to someone who get the chorus and be lead singer Yongguk for awkward to less awkward to his members, but honestly become darker perhaps he had so much restrictions in music, more responsibility and more pressure. Himchan getting more diva~ish and unstoppable overconfident Daehyun for his vocal that can goes beyond expectation and Young jae who become more "evil" and more naughty towards his members. I miss all of them..

Ok, so here's the thing. A lot of people might have thought that some parts of the song and MV are flop or meh. Maybe it's because kpop fans are used to MV's that have powerful dances in them but this one doesn't have that so it may seem a bit empty. Well, that's fine but knowing BAP, they want their music to convey a message. Those parts of the song that you may think as weak and lacking wouldn't actually matter if you fully understand the lyrics 'cuz it's super fly, relatable and inspirational for many people unlike other kpop group songs out there that are really upbeat but contain trash lyrics about self-praising. And when you consider some western songs, some of them actually don't have that much of great rhythms and beats but people like them because they understand the lyrics. So with that being stated, i think it's a good idea that BAP songs are uploaded on 1thek because through this, people might be able to understand the real spirit of BAP's songs. And people have to understand that BAP isn't making music for the sake of impressing but for reaching out. That's all. Thank you. 🙏

thank you for saying this! B.A.P's songs, since debu and even before that, has always been about the message. They don't usually focus on choreo (eventhough it seems like they do bc their choreos are friggin exhausting), so if you're hoping to see a dance sequence heavy MV then BAP's MV is not the way to go. For that I suggest watching their live perf. They always put the message first, and everything else just complements the message of their songs.
