As much as I love Phoebe and her character they're 3 reasons why this would probably never happen: #1 it would be weird if Phoebe took over Hope for the future I mean it's in the name HOPE for the future. #2 there isn't really a place for Phoebe in the show anymore. #3 the way they killed her off it would be almost impossible to create a convincing story on how she would still be alive.

Poor Phoebe. Taylor should've stopped Rick from making love together. Taylor would've never done it in the first place and the family will be ruined. Rick is supposed to stop this to an end by cheating on her. OK. It happened once with Ashley and I don't take credit for that and they deserve a second chance. But to let Rick kiss Phoebe's mother, and then Steffy?! How stupid does he think Phoebe is now? Now at the end of the day while driving down the Forrester mansion that night for partying, Phoebe is dead because of Rick. Yes, she did forget to buckle her seat-belt while she scratched her boyfriend's face into a rage and then she pushed her foot into accelerator the way he lost control which may be a tragic accident. But...all of his life caused by a massive meltdowns is to lie and manipulate Phoebe's life again and again. He's just as crazier sabotaging Stephanie's family and the company that Eric the scumbag is still protecting his manipulative son.

I don't think Taylor was a bad mom I definitely think it was wrong to get involved with Rick but if she was really a bad mom she would have married Rick regardless of how Phoebe felt.

And what's worse is she still throws shade in Brooke's face to this day about her affair with Deacon. With no sense of irony or hypocrisy. I'm so glad the show no longer holds Taylor as the Pinnacle of truth and justice and virtue. It was never deserved to begin with.

Technically Rick is not Phoebe's uncle because Rick and Ridge are not half-brothers. Ridge's father is Massimo Marone not Eric Forrester.
