Rick and Phoebe are stepsiblings, but originally they were uncle and niece, but Ridge found out Eric wasn't his biological father, but he is still legally a Forrester, and Rick was Phoebe's legal half-uncle.

Exactly! This is why I don’t watch it any more and try to look for old clips when it was really good. I don’t even find 2005 onwards to be all that great. I miss the good old days of 1998 to 2002 when the storylines will filled with excitement. Back then you had Pierce, Morgan & Shiela. Now it’s the Brooke & Hope Logan show..Supposed to be about a company called Forrester creations and yet there are hardly any Foresters left...!

@@grayovercast Brad tend kills female characters when the actresses leave him when they book other jobs. He killed Macy when Bobbie Eakes wanted more money. He didn't want to pay her so she went to AMC and he killed her. He did the same thing when Linsey Godfrey booked her role on Days. Mackenzie booked a Broadway gig and wanted to leave for a while for her Broadway run similar to Hunter Tylo doing primetime work back in the day. He killed off her character instead.

Erm...Steffy wasn't having an affair with Rick when Phoebe was still alive. TAYLOR, their mother, was, but not Steffy. She was repulsed by Rick and was dating Marcus. It wasn't until Phoebe died that Steffy and Rick grew closer.

Taylor wasn’t having an affair with Rick. Him and Phoebe split up and she went off overseas to do her singing etc. Then he hooked up with Taylor. The whole storyline with Rick and all 3 of women is disgusting. This is when the show hit an all-time low. And I’d been watching from day 1. Stopped watching it permanently during this storyline. Hoping it got better but post 2003, but show turned to crap. Recycled stories

Yes you are right; the guy married to the transgender woman came in right after this guy left the part of playing Rick. The guy in the scenes playing Rick is Kyle Lowder. The guy who came to replace him is the original Rick; his name is Jacob Young. I hope that makes sense 😊

What I hated about Ridge was that he went after Brooke and they were supposedly destined for one another. Yet she was his stepmother, who had procreated with his father, biological or not & they found nothing wrong with that. Yet, he is chastising Rick for doing the same thing with Phoebe. They’re pseudo-related and it is sick, but he did the same thing with Brooke as well as kissing Bridget at one stage. So he is a massive hypocrite. He accuses Taylor of being a hypocrite and Brooke for constantly hurting him, but he’s a massive hypocrite. I can’t stand Ridge post 2005
