Marvelous. It’s ironic how cognitive therapy integrates all his teachings.

Maybe that is why it is called cognitive and behavioral therapy

You could say the same about behavioral therapy, integrating cognitive technics and concepts. The very authors of behavioral therapies say it explicitly, that they integrate developments of cognitive therapies.
