অনেক ধন্যবাদ আপনাকে।আমি আজ সকালে সুগার পরীক্ষা করে দেখলাম ১৪২ আছে ডাঃ বললেন ভাত রুটি আলু কিছুই খাবেনা শুধু সালাট খান।আজ সারাদিনে একটি শসা ও একটা টমেট খেয়ে দিন পার করলাম।

আমি প্যাঙকৃয়াসের সমস্যায় কিছুই হজম করতে পারিনা। বিশেষত চাল থেকে তৈরি কোনও খাবার ই আমার একেবারে ই সহ্য হয় না। আমি সকালে গমের দালিয়া আর দুপুরের পর থেকে নির্দিষ্ট মাপে অল্প পরিমাণে সিদ্ধ করা আলু খেয়েই দিন কাটাই। এতে সুগার মেপে দেখেছি ঠিক থাকে।
