True. Usually dose makes the poison. But in case of alcohol body goes to frenzy mode to process the alcohol and dispose it off the body. Liver is the main victim. Having that said, high sugar and high carb intake can also lead to cirrhosis.

മദ്യം മാത്രമല്ല,വ്യായാമം ഇല്ലായ്മ,വറുത്തതും പൊരിച്ചതും കഴിക്കുക,ചില മരുന്നുകൾ സ്ഥിരമായി കഴിക്കുക,ചോർ 3 നേരം കഴിക്കുക, മൈദ അടങ്ങിയ പൊറോട്ട brakefast ആയി സ്ഥിരം കഴിക്കുക.. എണ്ണ കൂടുതൽ ഉള്ള ഭക്ഷണം,രാത്രി വൈകി കഴിക്കുക..ഇതൊക്കെ കാരണം ഉള്ള അമിത വണ്ണം..ഇപ്പോഴത്തെ ഭക്ഷണ രീതി തെറ്റാണ്
