Super easy to make Pandan Ma Lai Gao (Pandan Cake), with no kneading required. It’s sweet, chewy, and has a soft, smooth texture. Made with natural pandan juice, it carries a light, fragrant pandan aroma and has a bright, appealing color.
➡️ Ingredients 食材:
10 pcs Pandan leaves 班兰叶
100ml Water 清水
180g Plain flour 普通面粉
60g Rice flour 粘米粉
60g Caster sugar 细砂糖
1tsp Yeast 酵母
130g Coconut milk 椰浆
1tbsp Corn oil 玉米油

120ml Pandan Juice 班兰汁
250ml Milk 鲜奶
½ tbsp Yeast 酵母
100g Sugar 糖
¼ tsp Salt 盐
250g Plain flour 普通面粉
1 cup Grated coconut 椰丝
½ tsp Salt 盐
