Hello Dr Ho, three years ago I worked in a pizza shop from 11am to 11pm six days a week, standing all the time and no sitting at all apart from having something to eat, during that period of time, I had a few serious leg cramp at night. last year I changed another job, the new job I work only six hours a day and sitting all the time, and the leg cramp seem to be disappeared since the new job started.
