Hi, put the snowmaking mooncqke inside the freezer will it become too hard or should put into fridge for storage purpose. Usually can store how long . Thanks.

Hi Wendy, love your receipe so much. May I know if I can substitute Custard powder for milk powder? Also can I know what can I replace for condense milk?

Thanks. Oh the texture n taste won't be the same when ingredients are changed. Condensed milk also help to give fragrance n retain softness for snowskin. So suggest you not to change if possible. These ingredients won't give us strong milky flavor but just fragrance, my mum who din like milky flavor also enjoy this recipe very much.

I want to try making custard filling ... But it need large size egg... So large grade egg is A / B size ? If I'm using grade C , how many egg do I need to use ?
