Natural cheez hamesha acchi hai. I am 64 years old and I use castor oil at night and virgin coconut oil during day time. I use no other cream or lotion. Wash my face only with plain water- two times a day.

Now after seeing this video we realised to start.retinol or vit c which one to be preferred .
