Basi Sweet Potatos

Candied sweet potatoe ingredients:
sweet potatoes (preferred Japanese sweet potatoes) 500g
oil for frying
water: 50g 1/4 cup
sugar: 100g 1/2 cup
turn off the heat when temperature reaches 375°F-390°F/(190°C-200°C)
The second method:
Use same amount of sugar： 100g 1/2cup
add little bit oil, but no water
when all the sugar completely melts into liquid, turn off the heat.
