I have had these once in my life. In elementary school, a friend invited me to her house to play. She was first generation American and her mother made this. The flavors were so unexpected! I think the only difference is that she used coconut oil in her filling.
Everything she makes is worth trying. I tried her cheese cake, bread and couple of other recipes. Each came out perfect.

Ping Ling Ng 我做的是纯花生馅,也超级好吃。花生打碎,加黄油、猪油和糖粉,两种油的比例自己掌握就可以,多一些流动性就强。剩下步骤和小高姐一样就可以啦。
