Thanks, TIGIST, once again and keep on bringing the GOOD NEWS on a daily basis, if possible. Yes, we have all learned from our troublesome time- not when things are "rosy". As the Psalmist said, (Psalm 119:71) it is good to be afflicted because that is what has brought us to an elevated position and experienced the decrees of the LORD. There is a BIG difference between infinite and infinitesimal things. Our life on this earth, as you have said is for a very transient or short period of time but THE KINGDOM OF GOD is about eternity and it is practically impossible to depict everything regarding the coming kingdom with our finite, bounded, short-sighted and short lived creation. Thank you for reminding us that our reward is in the coming kingdom. (1 Corinth. 2:9)Eyes have never seen and Ears have never heard what the LORD has prepared for those who are paying a lot of scarifices in the name of the LORD, Jesus Christ. Contrary to what is being preached by the "majority" of professional preachers, Jesus Christ is not basically or mainly crucified for our comfort only in this world- YEA, there is an abundant carnal blessing- in different forms- but we have to be focused more and more on the coming kingdom. I liked your comparisons between Juda and Christ that both were tempted in different forms, $30 and the whole world, respectively. The problems that we are confronted with, in different socio-economic formations, are different but at the end of the day, we have all some isues to be resolved. I enjoyed all your remarks regarding examinations, promotions and the like......WE HAVE ALL TO GET PREPARED BEFORE THE TEST/EXAM- ( Hebrews 9:27)we are all destined to die and there is a judgement at the end of the day and the most crucial point in life is wheteher we have all prepared for the TIME OF JUDGEMENT...... Ohhhh, it is good to pray for everything by saying አቡነ ዘበሰማያት------it is a package, as you have said! I can only pray for you so that you will remind us the Gospel in different forms.... AND GOD BLESS YOU and your household!
