Wow, I love the awaze. For the dileh, though, I think the more you cook berbere with water, the more the flavor will evaporate with the steam. Will have to use a lot of it to compensate for missing flavor when making wot...just my experience. Your Instapot videos have been extremely helpful. Keep it up!!!
