Yes, you can choose this topic. In ISE B1 test, it is your choice to choose whatever topic you wish to choose.

Why do you want listening skills? This test is a 10 minutes speaking test with the examiner!

That’s for the topic phase. The examiner can choose any two out of the 6 topics for the conversation phase. Did you not check my videos about them?
