Support Firebrand LOCK DOWN Is STRONG in Guild Wars 2 PvP

Firebrand has taken a while to come back from many nerfs that made the core guardian the better support build, but now it feels great to play in GW2 PvP with the added combo finishers to help you heal allies and the extra tome pages to give you much more versatility.

Oh man with all those disables, this build will jive well with the coming change to Glacial Heart. Ive been trying to brainstorm a build to use that trait and a whole bunch of disables to utilize the self heal you'll be getting from that trait. Was trying to decide between dh with all the traps available and F1 pull, or trying to use the various Willbender stuns, shield, and the updated Heavens Palm elite to have a good bunch of disables to make a build around. I never even considered Firebrand. That may be the more versatile option. This build could become really tanky.

why are you stacking condi with a power build though? I think its better to go a condi build but get more symbols somehow

Staff is so good tough as HFB if u like more defensive version also the s5 gives nice arena denyal & way more healing with s4. but this is an intresting take non the less with hammer.
