Love the car chap. She appears steady as She is; was watching the steering wheel on fast and slow corners, nice. Had forgotten how stylish and dare I say, ergonomic, the interior is. Well he isn't running high boost, his car is pretty much stock. He's done a lot of suspension upgrades though

I'm currently looking for a B5 S4 but had to see what they can do on the track as people keep saying the handling is shit. I had to see what they were actually capable of. What suspension mods do you have done to it?

As standard they're not amazing. Although with a good set of coilovers, a rear anti rollbar and a good geo setup, I think you'd be surprised. I have done extensive work underneath, not many parts are standard anymore, so it's hard to say that Mine's a good representation of a normal B5 S4 😅

@@Ecarney_5 They like to understeer a lot because engine sits in front of the axle, so weight distribution is pretty bad+ Torsen ''anti-slide nature'' and open Diffs don't help. Saying that as B5 1.8T Quattro owner, and 2.7 V6 is heavier so it's probably even worse with the S4.

Hugo M Engine wise, the car is standard except from a Powerflow exhaust system and an RS4 clutch and Flywheel. It sits on KW V3 coilovers, a Neuspeed rear antiroll bar, and various other suspension upgrades. 18z 6piston calipers with Girodisc rotors and Brembo HP2000 pads on the front. Michelin PS4 tyres. As well as a few other bits

Jamie Maskell, I'm running those same coilovers on my S4. Love them compared to the H&R Streets I had on there before. The exhaust sounds great as well. Running aftermarket downpipes, or catback only?

Haha I did! It's done 20 laps on 3 trips to Germany, driven there and back each time. The car has done over 135k miles.

@@wLDNdfinest121 it has a full exhaust system and a bit more flow in the intake. Aluminium radiator, oil cooler, trans cooler and some other basic bolt ons. So far no map, so still around the standard 265bhp

The tyre edge on the plastic arch liner, the Ring is hard on the cars, the car doesn't rub the arches anywhere I take it but there are a few corners there where it catches
