You're knock off e85 is a blended fuel labeled like that because it can be anywhere from 83-51% and is being blended between 2 underground tanks on site 88 octane blue is e15 which is likely also a blended on site fuel they're blend ratios are calibrated and mixed in the dispenser itself.
