Tip: Sieve the puree after blending. Bonus tip: Also add 1/2 a cinnamon stick to this. Pro-Tip: Make small 'bowl' out of tinfoil, float it on top of the curry towards the end of cooking, and add 1 tsp ghee to the foil bowl and a small lump of burning charcoal on the ghee, and put the lid on for 2 minutes to impart a special smokey Tandoori flavor, which you'd normally get from cooking the chicken in a Tandoor oven. Don't worry if it smells a but harsh, the smell goes quickly and the delicious smokey flavor remains
