I went through a Burger King drive thru today.. It was my first encounter with another human after listening to this. When the lady handed me my bag, she smiled at me so big.. I am having a hard time typing through tears.... she told me she had put ketchup in the bag, even though I didn't ask... She was the divine mother and I saw her..and she saw me,

One of the best Dharma talks from the great Ram Dass. Listened to this 2x then I was able to see clearly and understand his message. A must listen for those who are awakening.

I've actually come to know God because of this man and what gets me is ever since a child I was brought up with a religion and I'm not saying what one because this isn't an attack on a certain religion but a) those years and not one preacher ever made me feel God like this man. I honestly love God now.

Its kind of interesting when I listened to a story of burning of personal history when my own was burned but not by my intent. Fire took it away by some force but it wasn't my decision. Makes one think of the same lesson just a different circumstance.

This comment is to peacefully protest the gatekeeping of RD’s lectures. Common complaints as clarified by the community on the Ram Dass subreddit are as follows. Removal of content, privatizing/licensing out content, copyright striking others who post content without replacing what was removed or providing another means to access the content. Restriction of what is released, cutting and editing pieces of full lectures and not releasing the full lectures themselves. Putting a paywall in place that provides access to still limited content. Access to content is overall severely limited compared to just a year or two ago. I know that the foundation needs to make money but it seems like there is a way it could be done that isn’t as restrictive when it comes to access to uncut lectures.

It's right here now. Such honesty. I wish I could fill my life with honesty but mostly I have to hold back or lie just to be in my world because I was once told not to give up my karma because if l did l would turn into a egotistical shit. I live my life saying fuck shit because it's irrational and it's fine. When l am on my own it's the only fine stable time but that's not the real change time that l most desire.😂❤

Imagine the weight of your stress and monkey mind like gravity pinning you to the earth getting more And more intense the more you try to fight it to stand. Surrender, let it pin you to the earth as you feel the ground upon your entire body-being. Let that weight pressing you down to the earth be your anchor, somatic, your center, your embodiment. Feel every sensation of your body touching the dew of earth, the grassy sensation, the support as it holds you in what feels may feel like defeat but is holy surrender. Feel the flesh of your chest pressing your heart into the cooling ground. Suddenly a quietude in the air. The animals draw closer with a soft fascination, curious, they sense your gentle letting go, something familiar to them. They sense your heavy burden, the threat, the stress, the fear, the trauma, the suffering, the intense gravity of it all, and us all, finally getting sent and released into mother earth, they feel your vibration and release. They want to help, they come to you and feed you their innocent affection with foods of the great wilderness of aliveness and the wisdom of beyond. Pure compassion from the union of creation in creation, trust their nurture as they feed you everything you need. Rejuvenate by natures gift. Divinity in form. Rise like a lion, but never lose the center pinning you to earth deepest heart and core, like an unbreakable cord, something like what david played to please the lord. The weight is always there, so now you know, just always fall into surrender, to the earth, hallelujah, reborn like a flower after you dissolve into the earth. Never ending cycles of death and rebirth. The secret is to stay centered in the middle.
