We love spices, but they are mostly mediterain herbs here where I'm from. Cilantro leafes 🙈🤢 like eating soap...but parsley, basil, thyme, sage etc and peperoncino and hungarian paprika for 🔥🔥 🥳🥳 But I love curry, just no cilantro...

Recipe: - 2 onions + salt to taste - 3-4 cloves of garlic - 1 inch of ginger - 1 chilli - Coriander Powder, Garam Masala, Cumin powder, Turmeric, Cardamom powder - 1 pod of tomato paste - 1 can of coconut milk - 1 can of soaked and cooked chickpeas - 1 can of cooked lentils (not 100% sure, correct me if I am wrong) - off heat, some fresh spinach and coriander Served over a portion of rice with a dollop of curd/natural yogurt and coriander Note: This is my guess after pausing video and trying to identify stuff, please lmk if I missed out something, if I see it in replies to this comment, I ll correct it for the other folks ✌🏻
