I will keep you in my prayers Allie ! It took 8 years for me to get pregnant. You both are great parents and Remi is just so cute, smart, funny. Be good to yourself. I also have anxiety and panic attacks. Well I haven't in a long while but I am on medication for them.

Allie, I can tell you from experience, all Drs told me stress is the number 1 roll in messing up your infertility, well I didn’t believe any of them, but finally I did and trust me, once you get rid of the stressors, stop worrying about getting pregnant, it’ll happen! I had even started the adoption process! It could be Charles, not you, but stress and worrying is not helping ❤

I’m very hopeful it’ll happen for you guys! It took me and my husband a lot longer to get pregnant the 2nd time as well and I felt so discouraged. But keeping track of my cycle helped a little. It just helped me understand that my cycle definitely changed a little bit about having our first and we just had to find that window again. But it did take way long for us as well. So hopefully that’s all that it is with you guys 🫶🏻 find that window!🤞🏻🤞🏻

I totally understand the frustration of it not happening. My husband and I have been trying for 5 years now and it gets harder each time I take a test hoping it will be positive and stay positive. We started trying when I was 23 and now I’m 28,getting closer to 30 has broken me. I see my friends having kid number 2 or 3 and we are nowhere near that. You guys got this! I have faith it will happen ❤

28 is still very young to have children. Here in the Netherlands it's more common to start around the age of 30. Under 30 is still considered young to have kids. You'll have time to explore options if that's what it takes. It may not have been what you envisioned and seeing others around you get what you want is hard. But you have time.

Doctors usually recommend trying a year and if nothing then start with one being tested then the other if the one has no reason.

My niece and her husband tried over a year and nothing. She got tested and everything good. Her husband had a very low sperm account. They did iui's didn't work. They did ivf and it took the second time. They have a 5 month old daughter.

Before seeking fertility treatment look into adding the following to you daily routine: Ashwagandha, CoQ10, Shatavari, Magnesium Glycinate, Prenatals, Red Raspberry leave, Baby Asprin and most importantly Maca Root (Maca Root for both you and Charles) I'm currently working on baby #2 at age 40. When my husband and I were trying, it took about a year with no results. Then one day we were like "i guess we were just ment to have one child". Then the next month we found out we were expecting, and we were so excited. Once we decided to "stop trying", thats when it happened.

My fingers are crossed 🤞🏼 for you! I had similar problems with getting pregnant. My first child they told me it will probably take a while and I got pregnant with in 2 months. My husband and now trying for our second. Took a year in a half we decided to do fertility. I started to take Clomid beginning of February this year and had a HSG.Now I am 7 1/2 weeks pregnant. I never thought it would had so fast. I watch your videos all the time you and Char are wonderful people❤ small miracles happen every day😊

Having gone through infertility with our first baby and our third I totally remember the stress and uncertainty! I hope you guys can make the best decision for yourselves that will bring you peace. I would suggest finding and going to a fertility specialist now and get some preliminary tests done. You get so much information that can help so much in your decision making. And who knows you could just end up needing a pill for either you or Charles and voila! It’ll happen. Wishing you all the best in your journey ❤

ACUPUNCTURE!! Weekly for fertility or around ovulation...Also Acupuncture has been proven to increase chances of fertility treatments by 60%! Look into this if you haven't already

Stress and anxiety can have a huge effect on your ability to get pregnant so it kjnd of makes sense or at least it is understandable. I know SOOOOO many people that managed to get pregnant once they stopped "trying" I've also heard that acupuncture can be good at releasing certain tensions/pressures/stresses on your body (my friend used a lady here in the UK that has a 95% success rate of women getting pregnant after seeing her!! ) I have faith that this is the year for you, last year was so full of grief and stress etc! I've never been pregnant, and I don't see kids in the future, however my suggestions for you would be to just stay on the same page with each other completely be open honest and communicate exactly how you're feeling about this situation, get into more yoga and body relaxing activities, talk with your doctors and see what the options are best for you , just tried to relax and enjoy the process with each other, But don't let yourself stress to much. I hope everything works out and baby trippy #2 happens. You guys are amazing parents are ready.

The first time I got pregnant it was a surprise and easy, second took longer and we ended up with a five year difference. We thought we were done when another surprise happened when my son was 9 months old. Unfortunately that ended up in a miscarriage and we decided we weren’t done. Two more miscarriages in a row and we decided not to try again as it was so devastating. But after a big break we decided to give ourselves a year and if it happened it happened and if it didn’t then we would stop trying. Six months later I became pregnant , I was. 37yo we have 3 beautiful kids with five years between each of them. I also believe things happen for a reason and what is meant to be will be. We didn’t do IVF and just left it to happen naturally. We wouldn’t have been able to afford it. Wishing you the best 💗

Don't know much about this but listen to Shelly's story. I've heard her story from so many different women. They try, they try, they try and nothing. But the moment they stop the endless pursuit of getting pregnant at all cost and just start enjoying being intimate for intimacies sake with each other, out of the blue they become pregnant. I don't have to tell you about stress. Stress can derail a lot of things. Relax, have fun with each other and leave the rest in the hands of the universe :)

One the important things that you and Charles can do is try to keep the line of communication open and honest with each other. Try not to stress yourselves out over not getting pregnant right away. Love and cherish not just each other but little Remi too. You and Charles should set aside special date nights. Keep the faith that one day that God will bless you with another child if it's in his divine plan to do so. In the meantime keep on pouncing on Charles whenever you get the opportunity,Allie. Trying for that 2nd baby can be so stressful. I watched my friend try for over a year before getting pregnant. All I had to do is say pregnant and we were. The odd thing is we were never going to be able to have babies, and we had 2 little boys.So hopefully you will get that 2nd little miracle baby. I'm not to sure how we will share Remi though. Whilst we can always find legitimate reasons for why things happen or don't happen, I do firmly believe that we have to be proactive in life to get our needs met. I understand you wanting to wait and see if you can get pregnant naturally - it makes sense - but it really wouldn't hurt to go talk to some people to see what options are out there for you, should you decide you want to take steps to get help with conceiving. We are so fortunate to be living in an age where such medical technology is available. IVF treatments should definitely be covered by insurance - in many countries around the western world it is free. I wish you both the best - Remi is such a little darling and you and Charles are wonderful with her.

I hope this doesn't sound rude or odd, some might think it does but this advice helped me. Stop "trying" ( but obviously uhm of course during that time no protection) Does that make sense? I had to change my mindset cause the thought of "trying" stressed me out more than I realized and as soon as I changed my mindset to just be connected and intimate without expectation we had another baby pretty quick.

I mentioned this on your last video but in case you didn't see it - have you had your thyroid levels checked? It took us a long time to get pregnant with my 1st and part of the problem was that my thyroid levels were off. I'm pregnant with my 2nd now and we got pregnant pretty fast because I made sure my levels were good before we started trying. Just a thought!

The benefits of eating meat especially for men, are substantial in the baby making world. Natural primate stuff.
