I love how open and honest you’re being. It’s so refreshing and raw, I’m 30 and single with no kids, and you’re not old at all, i probably won’t start having kids until your age. I’m almost 19 years older than my baby sister. Everyone thought she was mine. ❤ I loved it so much! I was so proud of her! Still am. I actually know her the most because the time I spent with her from birth was so intentional. I loved picking her up for sleep overs and how the conversations changed and grew through time. Kayli, I’ve been watching you and your family for probably around ten years now. Since I was a pre teen. I just had my first baby back in may. After years of being told I wouldn’t be able too. I was so scared and so shocked when I found out I was pregnant. I was only 21. And definitely not even close to being ready to be a mom. But 3 months in and this baby is the biggest blessing I didn’t know I ever needed. Watching you be a mom to your kids has been so inspiring to me. Aw Kayli you are so beautiful! Congratulations on this new little one to come. This feels surreal to me. I started watching The Moms View around 2012 when I was 18 and only dreamed of one day being a mom. I've followed you ever since and now I'm 29 and pregnant with my first. I can't believe we're pregnant at the same time. I hope your second trimester is treating you better than the first. I was really sick too. I cried when the kids cried. They are all so sweet. The kids’ reactions were so sweet. You can tell you guys are raising beautiful children by the way that they reacted to the news, especially Gage. And the little question Layla asked about being able to come sleep in your bed? So stinkin cute. Getting to see Brailee and Gage holding this little baby is going to erase every doubt in your mind. It’ll be a different bond, but this baby will get the joy of having parents, siblings, and mini parent-siblings in Brailee and Gage. Seeing your oldest babies hold your littlest baby will be incredible, and Brailee’s visits home will be so much more special for Brailee and baby! Also massive props to Casey for being such a good rock and keeping the atmosphere lighthearted with humour!

I had my first at 22 yrs old and he’s now 22. I had my second 4 months ago. I can relate to your reaction, and your feelings. I was in shock for most of my pregnancy and still look at my perfect little girl in shock! 22 yrs difference is huge!! My son left the nest when he left for college in 2018! But I wouldn’t trade this blessing for anything and my son is head over heels in love with his baby sis! Sending you positive vibes and prayers for a healthy pregnancy and baby!

Your kids reactions are everything, and further proof that there is so much love to go around. Nobody is jealous or upset that a new little one will be arriving, and I bet you anything this baby will have a great bond with ALL their siblings no matter the age difference. My oldest brother and I are 12 years apart, and we had no issues growing up… my dad and his eldest siblings are 20+ years apart (he was a surprise baby when my nanny was 42) and he’s so close with his siblings. This baby will be loved and it’s so exciting to see you and Carly pregnant at the same time again!

This is so lovely!! I’m not usually a commenter but felt the need to mention that my mum had me when she was 37 and I’m also the baby of five kids! My sister is almost 40, and I’m 21 and she is one of my favourite people ever and we have such a close bond. Having siblings with such an age gap only allows for different experiences and relationships to form, my sister has always been a role model to me and such a close friend and when she moved out it was such a treat to have sleepovers at her house and days out with her. I promise it will all be okay and it will be such a beautiful experience to see the different bonds that form between kids of all different ages!

My husband and I married right after high school. I didn’t get pregnant until 17 years later in marriage because of PCOS. Had my first baby at 35 and was over the moon. Planned to try for a sibling starting in January of this year and was pregnant that month.(crazy after all of those years)So now I’m pregnant at age 37, with just a few weeks to go. Your kids are going to love the new addition! I never felt too old until people - mostly family- said things about it to me. This has been happening to a lot of women I know, where I live our social co-ordinator and our traveling nurse both had baby boys this year after 11 years, they didn't think it could happen, now you, this baby will be so loved and taken good care of by her/his siblings, you can take a back seat and let them do everything.

Your reaction was literally my reaction when I found out I was pregnant with our unplanned baby #3 (little did I know at the time of looking at the positive pregnancy test and crying, that I was actually pregnant with twins! So it was really baby#3 and #4) Many tears were shed, many fears emerged. Guilt from not immediately wanting the babies that were inside me. I'm half way through my pregnancy now and every month gets easier to accept our situation and I'm also getting more excited about having these babies. Still incredibly nervous, because twins are a whole new territory, but my sad thoughts have slowly turned over into happy ones. I'm happy for you and your family and we just have to realize that sometimes things are just God's plan and out of our control! ❤❤❤

My mom found she was pregnant with me at 39 and had me at 40. She reacted the same way when she found out, it was something she wasn’t expecting. You’re feelings and reaction are totally valid. My mom and I have a great relationship and special bond. Everything is going to turn out to be amazing ❤️ You’re an amazing mom!!!
