I remember seeing Oliver the first time at the auction looking so sad with his head down. After seeing his actions today, it is amazing how far he has healed, physically and emotionally, I think. Now his story will include a new generation? What a difference in a couple of years, I say.

JR, I i want to really thank you for all the teaching you do. Not just animal training but also animal husbandry, and also all the stuff about horse anatomy and their chemistry, how they sweat etc... I deeply enjoy this channel, your teaching, all the fun with swimming the horses, little Thomas, the herd, your beautiful property, and absolutely precious family. Colby's Crew rescued a Registered Black Stallion Clydesdale from a kill barn. Gorgeous, Gorgeous Boy. I know you are not a rescue, but maybe someone in your Clydesdale circle would be interested in him. Beautiful, gentle boy.

Be careful about what you read & believe on line. With some research you can find there are supposed “Rescues” out there that are actually scamming for Funds and donations. They aren’t always doing What they advertise, and you will see a negative Reputation out there and legal issues.

Yes, and Big John is absolutely stunning. FYI, they are a rescue but once a horse has been rehabbed, healthy, and in great shape, they put them up for adoption. Gosh, if you guys had Big John, your channel subscribers would increase exponentially. He is 20 hands tall.

TIM from Canada if you do not know when a horse sweats it smells like old burlap.. if you have grown up in the country on a farm you know about burlap bags.. feet comes in these and when a horse sweats it smells like old burlap over years you get used to the smell and you can tell when you walk into a barn if a horse has been there or not just by the smell of old burlap people will tell you different but you will know spending time with horses the smell of them when they are working and sweating and when they are not working and sweating.. country people just know… as an ex farmer being around horses, most of my younger life, you just know the smells

JR and Emeri, I so appreciate this channel more than any other that I view. I just learned that you have had to go back to outside work again. I know that must be hard for you and your family. I just got laid off after 16 years with my employer . I was in a leadership role. Change is hard. I am one that started watching when you were trying to find Oliver. I have always loved horses but never had one and the only time I rode a horse was when I was very young and got to have a pony ride. This video really cracked me up. “The flirting” and “put that away”. Sorry, I digress! Gosh, I truly hate those negative comments. A birdbrain thinks a horse is enslaved. Grrŕr. Think before commenting. Just know, we viewers, for the largest part, know you love your horses, have sound training methods, care for them as you do all creatures great and small. Please don't focus on the negative. Focus on us viewers who love and trust you. I think we're pretty fantastic and we need your attention. And yes, when I see Oliver, he always looks small to me, but now I know better.

I like the new sound mics. Before Emery was too loud and JR was too low. Now, it sounds the same volume for both voices but lowers the volume a little overall. I prefer this because I just need to raise my volume a half a notch.
