Wonderfully the simplest video for starting solids! I did the same when I was weaning my baby, used almost all the veggies and fruits in the video. Only green veggies (beans/peas) I started late at about 9 months as they’re a little more tougher to digest! Else, this is a highly recommended video for all moms/dads.

@defineyourway10 ай бұрын
yes. but we need to add some more water to grind it and make smooth puree. this changes the fruit or vegetables taste. by mashing, the puree actually tastes better.

Hi. First thank you for the video! Second. Why do you strain the sweet potato? Is it necessary? I am starting my baby on purees next week?
@defineyourway Жыл бұрын
Hi.. for lesser quantity, it is good to make puree in this way. It also tastes better rather than grinding. Other fruits and vegetables can also be puréed through strainer. I always prefer this method. We steam the fruits/vegetables and mash it through strainer to make puree. In blender, we need to cook more fruit/vegetable and add some liquid to make smooth puree.

Hi.. if you freeze any baby food, keep the baby food container in slight hot water for some time and then use. But don’t give frozen food very often as it doesn’t have the same nutrition like freshly prepared food.
