I'm sure they've started. You have to have good matches to get results quickly. Which means people related to the girl have to have tested. If you are Mexican or El Salvadorian and haven't done a DNA test, you can help by getting a test done and uploading your results to GEDMatch.

The DNA would only be helpful IF any of her relatives uploaded their DNA into the system. If she is from a foreign country, the odds are none of her relatives has done a DNA test.

There is a case here by my home town where a girl did a ancestry kits because she was curious about her background and it ended up getting her grandma arrested for a child case from like 30yrs ago where she killed her baby and dumped it in a Porta potty and your telling me they can not do a DNA and trace a parent or any family?? I believe they have dna of baby Maddison. But unless a parent or relatives to the parent is on the system, that's how they could trace parent(s) to find a match. It's probably a migrant who is the parents, who was travelling or crossing border by foot and with a child that needed medical assistance.

DNA had to have been found on her clothing and the suitcase. I have a feeling Baby Madison is an illegal. Perhaps parents disposed of the child for various reasons. DNA does not always work especially if no family members are in the data base. No one will come forward for fear of prosecution. Rest in peace little Angel.

I have never heard of this case, but all missing and unidentified children are all just as important and extremely sad. Investigate hospitals, doctors. Some where that feeding tube was installed. There had to be a record. Do the feeding have a number on it. Find out the company that made it. Where is that brand used. Her being that young. Limits who put it in her. She would need special formula, and medical supplies regularly. Feeding syringes. Monthly. This is usually delivered to her caretaker. Also she would have to see her doctors at least monthy. I this helps. Good luck.❤❤❤
