I think his wife was trying to leave him, maybe go in hiding, because that was the only way out. The Sheriff found out when he called his daughter from the judges phone which but him behind or helping them to leave. That's why he said "They are trying to kidnap my wife and daughter". after he shot him. The Judge knew everything about the situation going on because he was also long time friends with the family not just the Sheriff. He was helping them, js.

@@ford289cid7 actually, his comment verbatim was “they’re trying to kidnap my wife and kid”. Not “….take them away from me”. can y’all please relist to how the three of y’all just tiptoed over the situation. The man did not have a mental breakdown and shoot a judge for no reason. He clearly caught him doing something that enraged him enough to prance his ass in that office and not once twiceto meet look like three times attempted to shoot the judge so the judge died apparently so what’s going on here? Why are the three of y’all sitting there talking out the sides of your mouth covering clearly what happened? It’s a pedophile situation. Say what it is, Jesus Christ y’all look just as dumb as he did trying to hide underneath that table

The judge was making the sheriff a scapegoat with BS. Sheriff felt he was in a corner and lost it.

@@ZootZinBootZ he walked in and killed a judge. Nobody knows what happened. So let’s just throw a narrative out there that there was something going on with the judge and the daughter. Yeah that makes sense. SMH

If the sheriff thought the judge was having an affair with the daughter, why did the sheriff say after he shot the judge, "They're trying to take my family away from me"?

"Either heat of passion or serious mental health issues". Wow!! He gets a copout already!!! Complexion for the protection!

If the judge thought this man truly was this deranged, he probably never should have been alone with him. Just a thought.
@Nnip918 күн бұрын
It would be interesting, IMO, to know how the daughter reacted on answering the call from the judge's phone made by the Dad before the Dad started talking, before the daughter knew it was Dad making the call. It might have been the trigger to the Sheriff's/Dad's reaction. For example, if she reacted saying, "I've said nothing to Dad about what you did to me. I promise I won't say anything to anyone. Please don't kidnap Mom and me."

He should go to prison. He killed him the judge didn’t even gave a chance. He could have talked to the judge about what was going on. He shots him a few times. So I believe it was done on purpose

Sadly to secure a conviction ,,the Prosecution can force his daughter to Testify. The trial will be Very public, televised. Its going to get UGLY . If I was her father? I think Id just plesd Guilty to spare her from having to testify. Im a retired county law enforcement officer n I assure you this has very Clear Sexual Overtones. That daughter CAN BE FORCED TO TESTIFY,

The daughter will testify, her dad caused that. The mom will too. Dont listen to the defense, they are trying to cloud tge issue and taint the jury pool.

this is horrible anyway you look at it. the most disturbing aspect is that the sheriff daughter's number was in the judges phone. that alone is sinister. maybe the sheriff knew what the judge and deputy had been doing to women and as soon as he saw his daughter's number in the judges phone that he said not on my watch. as soon as it involves someone's kid it's gloves off. what a horrible situation.
