Yes absolutely! It can be lovely to do regularly as part of a wind down routine after a bath etc… The suggested time for a massage is when your baby has had a good feed, a good nap and is in a happy mood. Hey, I’m so sorry I’m only just getting back to you now. How did you get on in the end? Yes if your baby is pushing your hand away it’s a good sign they’re not up for the massage at that time and it’s important to respond to that and stop the massage. How are things now? I can send some more videos for Reflexology and Yoga movements that will help if your baby doesn’t want any direct massage to their tummy. Hope it’s all better now though x x

Hi there, yes it’s ok to massage your baby every day. How many minutes does depend on your baby, their age and their tolerance and mood! In general you might like to aim for up to 5 minutes. Yes! Lovely stuff :) Just do a little patch test first - a little oil on to your baby's wrist or ankle and leave it for 10 mins to check there is no reaction. Let us know how you get on! x
