I have twin cousins called Ivar and Isak. They aren't identical but they look alike and anyone can tell they are brothers. Almost no one in the family could remember which was which because even though they looked slightly diffrent their names were so simmilar (they were often dressed the same when they were young which is a bit of a pet peeve for me too).

If I had twin girls I would name them Bianca and Ginevra, they’re Italian names as I’m Italian! Here they’re such gorgeous and elegant names but not too common. My boyfriend is French so I would go with a French middle name such as Isabelle and Violette or Juliette. If I had to pick English names I would choose between: Lydia, Grace, Scarlett, Julia, Arabella, Arya, Luna, Violet, Esme, Malia, I love Winter too! I don’t love Gabriella and Lilliana as they’re very old names in Italy, but that doesn’t concern you😂 out of your list I’d pick Arabella and Winter as my favorites. This is my favourite combination of names - Liliana (possible middle name of Grace) and Arabella (middle name Rose). Good luck with choosing names. Here’s my opinion😊 I like Winter and Willow. Lillianna and Rosabella are pretty names but will be shortened to Rose and Lilly which are very common names. I also think they sound too uppity and common compared to your boys names which are more modern and cool. You will have two J’s and two W’s. Winter Rose is GORGEOUS and Willow Belle is too! Belle/winter are Christmas names and willow/ rose are earthy names. Whatever you choose will be beautiful!💗
