You are right Sas! When I make seafood sauce, I literally eat it with everything, even certain fruits: apples, fruit mango, strawberries. Wonderful with boiled eggs & all types of meats. However, I do add a little fermented fish & tamarind sauces as well.

In Mexico it is pretty common to find cilantro with roots. I always store it in a jar with water so it lasts longer 😊
