That’s a great idea to make a portable changing table: my mom who’s great at sewing made two: one for my dad and one for her: her’s has flowers and my dad’s has camo: that way whoever is taking the kids out will have a changing table for the 2 and 1 year old!!! She usually uses a full Huggies Wipes pack so she see the measurements for the pockets!!! Then she does the same with the diapers and pull ups…. She usually takes about 4…. 2 each and stacks them… that’s how she measures the pockets….it has to be able to hold a full pack of wipes and diapers…. She likes this one because unlike some other portable homemade changing pads that have pockets that scream”I’m a pack of wipes”this one doesn’t…. This one just looks like an ordinary bag…

Hi Diane, can you tell me if your outer fabric is PUL or regular? I'm new to PUL and having a hard time understanding if both fabrics need to be PUL, or if the bag is still considered 'waterproof' if only one or the other (inner or outer) is PUL and one is regular fabric, say cotton. Thanks in advance!
