LOL maaaaaaan, my daughter came early, so we were in the process of moving when she was born. lost the instructions and life has been a whirlwind since. she is 6 months old now and i barely used this because she liked to ROCK, not swing. i cannot BELIEVE i’m just now finding out this swivels! 😂😂😂 great video and congratulations on the baby!

We started early but he was too small but now it's perfect, he's 8months!! Actually around 6months should be just right because now he's starting to fight it!!!

Hi!! See if it's balanced on the ground and also there is some noise that's normal. Best thing to do is call their customer service to rule out any defect, it may even be covered under warranty...let us know the outcome. We can search further if you need to..

Check that metal base...either it's bent or maybe inserted backwards...if it's damaged you should be able to get replacement parts...let me know how it goes...
