EkoCheras's baby room facilities were only available on the Ground floor close to the H&M outlet. The baby was complete with 2 diaper changing stations, a water dispenser, nursing booths, and even a washroom. It is well-equipped in such a compact space and there's even a volume control over the PA system in the room and a hand dryer for those little "accidents". There are visible signs of wear and tear but overall it's clean and good enough for a quick diaper change and nursing.
