huh condo bird nest ? haha.. think this guy just sohwed a 2room for a smaller unit one.. but that it already 1 years. there so many varieties of the 2rooms out there now.. and i also have to wait 4 years more for mine... boohoo.

If 1 person stay should be ok. I use white wash colour for my wall and pay around with mirror. Minimal furniture, and my kitchen, I make L shape with small dining area.

i think firstly they want to encourage u to start a family, secondly, if you only have 1 person income, it less of a burden to you as bigger units are more costly for you to handle the loan all by urself, unless your monthly income is quite high, tend again, if so you could have look at the resale market then.
