There is the good and the bad side of Nigeria. just that the western media only chooses to show onky the bad. Just like showing only ghettos or trailer parks in the US. Someone from a poorer family may not have the same niceties but the strong family bond is always there.

@OYah1378 жыл бұрын
Wrong again. Abuja city itself is middle to upper class. It IS beautiful, PERIOD.. and so is Lagos, PH, Enugu, and so many other cities in Nigeria, most of which are middle class. I hate when ppl with a whole lot of perceived notions and very little knowledge abt a place, begin to spread wrong information. It is downright spiteful. Focus on fixing your own African country before dwelling on the media-perpetrated notions of another. Its like someone saying that Kenya is beautiful and I begin to explain how this is untrue bc the sprawling slums are not being represented.

***** Of course it does not reflect the whole of Africa. There is very little vlogging period about different life experiences in Africa. I think the West African people that were forcibly removed from the West African shores almost 2 centuries ago introduced their languages, culture and food to the new world. I've met Yoruba speaking Brazilians that have never stepped foot in Africa. Even the ladies who sell acaraje on the streets of Brazil dress like Yoruba women.

99% is definitely not right. What do you guys think Africa is eh
@AloryeUgar8 жыл бұрын
I don't know where you guys get your info from but doesn't seem to be anything overwhelming by their lifestyle. Not everyone lives like this but a lot who are hardworking and consistent. Trust me Nigerians aren't the poorest. That's not to say there aren't a lot of poor but there's a large middle class population.
@wildfire_xo8 жыл бұрын
+orobev Kini 99%? Abeg move yourself. Nigeria has a huge middle class/upper class population. Nonetheless, there is still immense poverty especially in the North but that has to do with a host of geographical, cultural, religious and historical reasons.
