I LOVE Baby!! She is just so cute and delicious! Quakers are so smart. I live in ugly California and Quakers are forbidden here. I can think of a hundred OTHER things that should be on the forbidden list. ❤❤❤❤

hello. do you ever hear Baby bird say the phrases; "Mama's glasses or Mama's teeth?" I once owned a Quacker named Baby that I adopted in Eugene then a lady from California adopted Baby from me. I wear glasses and she would touch the center nose piece with her beak.

I have a rescue Quaker parrot that I LITERALLY found and with all my research on it, he was apparently abused, hurt, distrusting, fearful😢🙏I've been working with him constantly for a month and a half now and he now says I love you, baby, come here come here, peekaboo, whatcha doin, gimme kiss gimme kiss, and diff tongue sounds. He's bitey sometimes, in the beginning ALOT, I did learn that if you give a parrot any type of a response be it positive or negative they will believe and continue the bitey behaviors. I have learned that the moment he bites I don't say a word he loses his out of cage privilege for 5-10 mins, then he's back out with me and me so far it's working, same with his screaming and screeching behavior I've had to learn ignore him until he displays an appropriate sound lol this is harder to deal with than the biting lol I found him outside by a golf course/lake so he knows sounds of geese, ducks, crows, grackles, and a mess of other's, I've noticed one sound that I will respond to since I don't think he even knows what he's actually supposed to sound like lol. Just thought I'd let you know what might help you with baby's biting no matter how light or hard the bite may be🙏♥️😁😉😎
