if it is vicious it is bored. Quaker is a small bird, but should be treated as the bigger birds. As they get bored quite quick

Awesome & very clear speech. My Quaker Rudy was a doll & passed away last summer. He also had clear speech. You have taught him well. I recently adopted a Indian Ringneck & she makes the syllable sound to mama, so I don't think she will talk but who knows she might bc I'm such a chatterbox! You have obviously spent a lot of time with him & mayb one day I will get another Quaker but it hurts yet.. Have fun & stay safel

It’s a healthy addiction. Our two Quakers are dear to the whole family. They’ve grown up with my kids. Now that my 4 kids are dispersed going to college or working nearby we have a custody agreement whereby they live with my twin boys, my daughter & her boyfriend, and us for given periods of time. The birdie dudes love it because the get excited to see everyone and remain well socialized. Growing up they would eat with us at the dinner table & play with everyone after dinner. They love peek a boo, toys, etc. Guava & Fatboy are as much a member of the family as any one of us. Can’t imagine life without ‘em. So, I would advise you take the plunge.

A Quaker is a good choice for a starter. You will want to educate yourself on the proper care and feeding of your chosen breed. My Quaker had a comedy routine where she would answer questions and make animal sounds, including a guinea pig squeal. And she did a devil bird dance, then laugh like a loon.

We have a female, shes my second girlfriend. She doesn't talk quite as well as yours. She'll get in moods when her and I are alone, most of the time this the only time this happens, in which we just chat. I'm curious if males are more talkative, especially in terms of mimicking on request.This might be the most coherent i've seen.

Paulie Soprano my Quaker does kisses sounds as he scrambles up my arm for kisses. Loves to pluck eyelashes with mascara clumps .. He thinks he's grooming me... Calls the dog, and does chicken impressions to confuse my 2 pet hens. When I'm out of sight he calls constantly so I roll his cage into the doorway and MUSt have a clear plastic shower curtain. He insists that my name is Taylor so I've just given up and answer to that. And he is the best security alarm I've ever had.. He screams like a huge hawk and then the dog is alerted and joins in.

You have a cute, adorable baby. Please do not cover his cage like that, birds need light and air and openness. No bird in the wild lives in a cave. Only the babies are kept out of sight because of predators. Take the cover off completely during the day😊
@nicholesharp86506 жыл бұрын
How did you teach him ths?
@lexburen59324 жыл бұрын
by starting simple, like when you entering the room you say hello, when you leave you say goodbye, you do this as often as possible, with consistency and clear articulation, might take months, eventually the bird will pick it up. once it says hello and goodbye. You can start with simple phrases, beautiful bird, hi cutie and so on.

Mi pregunta es, el porqué venden las aves tan inhumanamente tan cara. Un ave no debe de costera más de cien dólares. Las comidas son inhumanamente costosas. Es un abuso comercial cual el gobierno debería mirar eso.
