Every baby is different. Your suggestion is 1 hour but I recently learned about waiting no more than 30 minutes as it could otherwise impact the next bottle feed. I switched to 30 mins as my little guy wasn’t hungry for a bottle. It then increased his night wakes and he was hungry.

My 6 month old has no teeth and cant sit on her own. I give foods for fun but mostly breastfeed. Still concerned if she is gettinf enough nutrients

You do not feed an infant till at least 12 months for various reasons just breast or whole milk

You do not give an infant solid food for at least one year and even longer . Food before one just for fun . Most infants do not have enough teeth to chew till 12 months plus their organs are not yet developed enough for solid food till at least 12 months . It's a disgrace that the AAP's guidelines for solid food are 4 to 6 months .
